These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GameSuite mobile application ("GameSuite" or "the App").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using GameSuite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the App.
2. Permitted Use
GameSuite is provided for personal entertainment. You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt to damage the App, or misuse its features.
3. Scores and Game Progress
GameSuite stores player names and game results locally on your device to provide gameplay and leaderboard features.
Game results are intended for entertainment. Unless explicitly stated in a separate official offer, scores do not represent money, prizes, financial returns, or a guarantee of winning anything.
Locally stored game data may be lost if you clear the App's data, uninstall the App, or change devices.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, GameSuite's original software, branding, design, and content are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
5. App Availability and Updates
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of GameSuite when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GameSuite is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of GameSuite. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy
Your use of GameSuite is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how the App handles player names and game results.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when the App or its features change. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
